Do it yourself vape, bro? If the U.S. Food and Drug Administration has its will, the answer may soon be a resounding “no.” Last month, the FDA went after Juul, the reigning champion of the e-cigarette industry, and virtually banned the sale of all Juul products in the United States. Of course, Juul fought back, and a judge upheld the order. Now, as Juul fights for his life, the rest of the multibillion-dollar market for nicotine-dispensing technology is rippling in to fill the space.
