Updated July 13: We added new offers, such as Sony Linkbuds, and updated links and prices.
Offers on wireless earphones
The affordable price, instant Android pairing and the built-in Google Assistant are just a few reasons why we like the Pixel Buds A-Series (8/10, WIRED recommends). They are a great option for Android users looking for an AirPods-like experience in terms of ease of pairing, sound quality and comfort level. We were not entirely impressed with their battery life, but this deal price compensates a bit for that.
We love Beats Fit Pro (9/10, WIRED recommends). Not only do they sound and feel better than Apple’s AirPods Pro, but they have much better battery life—and they are cheaper to start up. Our in-house headphone expert said the Fit Pro “is the best earphones for iOS with a land mile.” This price is a historic low.
It may not be the cheapest earphones, though WIRED UK rated B&W PI7s for its range of features and quality design. Again, these are not cheap, but if that combination catches your eye, this is the lowest price we have seen these premium knobs.
LinkBuds (8/10, WIRED Recommends) stand out for their unique design, which enables better ambient listening, and they are also good for smaller ears. This 15 percent discount is quite significant, given that they will be on the shelves in 2022.
In a world full of increasingly affordable and uniform wireless earphones, the Tempo 30 (8/10, WIRED recommends) still manages to shine. They are light and waterproof, but have a strong bass. They are also comfortable for smaller ears, which is not always the case. Add noise reduction and a price tag of less than $ 50, and you have yourself a recipe for available earphones that works for pretty much everyone. Just keep in mind that you may want to get an upgraded pair of ‘knobs’ if you need crystal clear cordless phone calls.
If you are looking for a pair of workout buds, look no further. Elite 7 Active has a super durable and comfortable design, excellent noise reduction and transparency features and great sound. The IP57 rating means that they are dustproof and can withstand being immersed in some water. The case also supports wireless charging.
Jabra has long made some of the best wireless earphones for a variety of price ranges, and these affordable Elite 3 buttons showcase many of the company’s best features. You get an ergonomic design, good microphones and quite good sound for the money. These are IP55 rated so they will still be fine even if you sweat a lot.
These are my favorite earphones for Android phone owners because they quickly pair with all modern Android phones. They also have a dual-driver array that provides excellent bass, plus a wireless charging case. Just know that this is a small deal as they are often for sale for $ 110.
If you are looking for noise canceling earphones for work, I like these from Sony. They’re a bit bigger than other knobs, but Sony’s excellent technology – combined with foam earbuds – lets these really make the world quiet, and good microphones make it easy to hear you during calls.
Amazon’s second generation Echo Buds are some of our favorites for those who want a smart assistant built into their earphones. They sound good for the money and they have great microphones (plus it’s nice to just be able to ask Alexa about almost anything when you’re out or when your hands are busy).
Despite their affordable prices, these buttons have features you would typically find in advanced (and more expensive) headphones. The active noise reduction and the weight of the bass make them one good replacement for someone who does not want to defer three-digit digits for fruit-flavored technology.
Headphone deals
These have been replaced by one newer model, but that means the Sony WH-1000XM4 (9/10, WIRED Recommends) flagship noise-canceling headphones are a great deal right now. They are still excellent with 30 hours of battery life, great sound and microphones that will make you sound pretty good during phone calls.
These headphones are among the most comfortable and best sound for the money, with a sleek design and up to 50 hours of battery life. They also have decent microphones when you want to make a Zoom call.
The Q30 cans are some of our favorite headphones under $ 100, and they are even further under for Prime Day. This inexpensive product still manages to offer acceptable noise reduction properties and premium 40-hour battery life.
Your last experience with Beats may have been when they were plastic and hyped. But now that Apple owns them, they are actually pretty good! This pair sounds good value for money and the noise reduction is also decent for higher environments.
If you’ve ever wanted to drown out the drone from an airplane or your office buddy’s loud chewing, it’s hard to find a better option than these. The noise reduction works on both mechanical keyboards and background noise in cafes. Our favorite feature is the excellent call quality, making the Bose Noise Canceling 700 our best choice for the office.
These noise-canceling headphones from Bose are down to the lowest price we’ve seen for Prime Day, $ 50 less than the discount they received for last year’s big Cyber Monday event. For $ 229, the Bose QC 45 brings ANC and solid 24-hour battery life to the table.
Although we recommend the wireless version of this headset, it is still a solid choice with cord – and not just because we are a bit biased. The comfortable headset is compatible with all gaming platforms, including phones (though you may need a dongle if your phone does not have a headphone jack). This price beats other discounts we have tracked.
These are shown in our list of the best wireless headphones because they are so damn comfortable. I wish the pairing was as sleek as what you would find in some other headsets, and it does not help that they are a little more expensive than similar options from other brands. Still, the PX7 (8/10, WIRED recommends) is super light and incredibly comfortable to wear. They also sound great. This price is much lower than we have seen before.
Speaker offer
Echo Dot is one of my favorite smart speakers because it is a convenient way to fill a bathroom, bedroom or kitchen with sound. I use one when I take a shower and when I make dinner where the round little speaker does a great job of shooting sound in three dimensions.
This special edition of Echo Dot is intended to allow parents to set control over what their children listen to (and can order) via the smart assistant. It comes with a one-year Amazon Kids +, which includes thousands of Audible books and other special games and features. You will then be charged $ 3 per person. month.
SoundLink Revolve (Series II) is a top-rated bluetooth speaker in WIRED UK guide, for its excellent 360-degree sound, improved battery life from the previous model and an advanced design. It is certainly a luxury item, but today’s discount fortunately brings the price well below $ 200.
Use code PRIME30 to see the discount at checkout. The coolest thing about this speaker is that it is water powered. It is compatible with most shower heads, and once installed, the water does the rest. While editor Julian Chokkattu says the sound quality is acceptable, the convenience of never having to track a cable for your shower tunes can offset the lack of room-filling sound. Your shower song game is getting a serious upgrade.
Google-owned Nest makes great speakers, especially if you prefer Google Assistant on board instead of Alexa or Siri. Nest Audio (8/10, WIRED recommends) improves the sound quality compared to the original Google Home, and you can also use it to set timers, check the weather or follow your favorite podcast while you cook. Grab a few and you can get some pretty great stereo sound for the money.
If you just want a basic smart speaker to control your smart home devices, you will be happy with a smaller model like the Nest Mini. It sounds decent to play music, but it’s best for more basic tasks like timers and weather.
