Home theater deals

Roku Streaming Stick 4K

This streaming stick from Roku has consistently been one of our favorites and now it is cheaper than usual. It comes with Roku Voice Remote so you can find your shows without having to use the on-screen keyboard, and the latest version (released in 2021) supports Dolby Vision HDR.

Sony makes some of the coolest OLED TVs on the market and this screen is amazing. With its 48 inches, it is not one of the largest, but it is still good for medium-sized homes. Its center stand makes it relatively easy to place; it supports both HDR 10 and Dolby Vision types of HDR; and it has a refresh rate of 120 Hz that is convenient for gamers.

We’re big fans of TCL’s 5- and 6-series TVs around here. While the 4 Series used to be a little too weak to serve our recommendations, newer models are starting to inherit the specs we liked from previous generations. This 43-inch model is an excellent budget model if you need a smaller TV for a guest room, for example.

Home and kitchen deals

KitchenAid Professional 5 Plus

KitchenAid Pro 5 Stand Mixer needs no introduction. Nevertheless, this is one of the most versatile tools you can have in your kitchen. Its price tends to be quite sticky, so when we see it fall so much, we notice it.

The original Garmin Instinct has been surpassed by some newer models, but at a discount it’s still a solid purchase if you’re looking for a GPS-enabled smartwatch packed with a range of sensors, mapping options and a rugged case.

Dyson V11

The Dyson V11 (8/10, WIRED recommends) is in a strange place. While WIRED reviewer Adrienne So called it a “dream vacuum cleaner”, it has been discontinued in favor of newer options such as V15. It makes it somewhat rare to find this vacuum cleaner on sale, and usually the V11 and V15 are close enough in price that you might as well pay a little extra to get the V15. But for this discount, the older model might be worth it.

This third generation Nest Learning Thermostat is a slightly older model, but it has held up surprisingly well and we like it. It lets you control the heat and air conditioning of your phone and easily set schedules (which it can try to learn based on how you use it). It even reminds you when to change your filters.

Offers on headphones and cameras

Apple AirPods Pro

In our opinion, the Apple Airpods Pro (8/10, WIRED recommends) are the best earphones for the iPhone. This makes this a great deal on some earphones that offer outstanding sound, first-class active noise reduction and instant pairing with iOS devices.

Studio3 wireless headphones from (Apple-owned) Beats (8/10, WIRED Recommends) have been around as an iconic headset for a few years now, and with good reason. They have excellent noise reduction, solid wireless range and at least 20 hours of battery life per. charging.

Alpha a7 IV (9/10, WIRED recommends) is our best camera choice for most people. The Alpha a7 III may be a generation behind that choice, but it still has most of the same power (as long as you do not need the upgraded autofocus system), and it is significantly cheaper than the a7 IV.
